How to repair Nissan ABS Pump failure solenoid valve failure control unit failure

Nissan cars ABS module may not the same, but their ABS fault repair solution is the same. This repair solution can be applied to almost all the Nissan cars.
Fault code/ Symptoms: C1126, solenoid valve failure
Tools Device may need: scanner, LAUNCH X431, Hot air gun, soldering Iron, Tweezer, other soldering tools.
Repair process:
2. Dismantle the ABS module from the car then use a saw to open the shell, between the upper and lower lid, this is a gap, use a saw to saw it along the gap, be careful do not damage the inner board.
3. Separate the ABS pump and the control Module
4. In this case the solenoid valve coils is burned, need change a new one, or winding a new one by yourself, use the same diameter enameled wire to made one, make sure the whole coils’ resistance is 10 ohm.
5. Change the Solenoid valve dedicated driver chip A1764. Usually when Nissan solenoid valve is damaged, the driver chip will damaged together. Need change a new one. It’s common problem.
6. Checking the ABS sensor, for easy Job change new ABS sensor directly, or need measure ABS sensor resistance(Normal resistance is 1- 1.3 Kilo-ohm) and voltage.
7. When replacement is over, clean the board, and sealed the ABS module lid(can use AB glue)
